My deepest condolences and prayers. So many memories of Auntie Helen…
First off, one that my Mom told me - when things were rough and hard for my Mom with her first marriage, Auntie Helen was there for her - strong, kind, loving, and supporting and helping her. Also, we always loved coming to her home, Auntie Helen always whipped up great meals - ie. homemade kraft dinner, and oh, her homemade donuts were to die for!!! For me on a funny but practical note, she told me one day it was important how you put your socks on…..always look for where the big toe impression was and you would always put them on to fit right - and guess what? I still have her in my head every time I put my socks on…. It’s always hard to lose a parent. My hugs and prayers are with you all in this time of grief.
